  We spent some time speaking to Local Regulators as well as Lawmakers here in the states as well as in Indiana. We discovered that many of the ABB’s do go through a Background Investigations, history check of complaints, as well as some form of site verification process. In the State Indiana, more oversite are being taken by the State Government to make sure all parties are in compliance with Law, and Best Practices.
